The Food Protection unit is responsible for licensing and inspecting NH establishments where food is produced, manufactured, stored or sold.
There are four individual licensing and certification units. Specific eligibility requirements to obtain licenses, certificates, registrations and permits are outlined separately on the eligibility pages of each individual unit.
